Und es wurde ein Ritt, im Nachtzug von Chiang Mai bis Bangkok. Um 15:30 Uhr ging es los, um 05:30 Uhr am nächsten Morgen kamen wir an. Geschlafen hab ich mehr schlecht als recht. Aber macht nix, wenn der kleine Bruder mal Nachtzug fahren will, dann macht mir das nix aus.
Von Bangkok Eakkamai Bus Station ging es dann bis kurz vor die Anlegestelle Laem Ngob Pier. Es gibt auch viele Busse, die bis Trat fahren, aber dann muss man noch bis zur Anlegestelle, die ist mehr als 20km von Trat entfernt.
Und endlich sind wir angekommen. Nach einem 24-Stunden-Ritt sind wir auf der Insel!
Koh Chang ist wunderschön.
Nachbarinseln sind Koh Wai, Koh Mak, Koh Kut. Mal schauen, welche wir noch ansteuern werden. Vielleicht bleiben wir aber auch einfach auf Koh Chang.
Warum in die Ferne schweifen, wenn das Schöne doch so nah ist!

A bit of craziness here last night as we decided to go out last night (when we should have gone home to sleep 🙁 and my roommate got into a bar fight. He is in the Spital getting examined because he may have fractured his ankle. So I’m at the Spital for work and to care care of my friend… Non stop action in Davos 🙂
